Venüs Hotel Booking Terms and Conditions
RESERVATIONS
- Reservations can be made via phone, WhatsApp or the contact form.
- Reservation confirmation is notified by the hotel via phone or email.
- Room availability is guaranteed at the time of confirmation.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
- Check-in: 14:00
- Check-out: 12:00
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservation cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival may be charged for the first night.
- No-show (failure to arrive without notice) will result in a first night charge.
PAYMENT
- Payment can be made at the hotel in cash or by credit card.
- VAT is included in all prices.
- Open buffet breakfast is included in all rooms.
GENERAL RULES
- The hotel may require parental/guardian accompaniment for guests under 18 years of age.
- Pets are not accepted.
- Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
- Additional charges may apply after check-out time.
LIABILITY
Venüs Hotel cannot be held responsible for guests’ valuables. We recommend using the in-room safe for your valuables.
